I have been an account holder for over 20 years with Wigmore Medical , unfortunately the aesthetic department /customer services department run by Natalie Ball has declined to the point that I can no longer rely on goods being delivered in a timely manner or have a conversation when orders go awry. Such a shame as the pharmacy department are super helpful. Have just switched to Fox Pharma who have been amazing and would highly recommend!

Natalie herself goes above and beyond to provide me with the products , support, further training. Her staff and very friendly and always willing to help.
