We used Will to fix a broken laptop case, and although the replacement parts were too expensive to be a viable option, he managed to fix the case. When the computer was returned, there was a new problem with the operating system, which Will kindly fixed for us also. He genuinely appears to want to deliver excellent customer service and takes pride in doing so, which is a valuable commodity in this day and age. Would recommend and would use again.
