Called in Sunday 22nd Jan to request to hire a wheelchair. The shop was busy so I left a message. Wendy returned my call and was very friendly and helpful. Wendy explained everything from what I needed to bring to hire wheelchair to even sourcing us a radar key. Can’t believe how knowledgeable Wendy was she had only just taken the role recently. So pleased I contacted them. Now my Father can have time out with his family. Thank you Wendy looking forward to seeing you soon xx

From the moment we walked in to the mobility store we were treat with the upmost respect and graciousness. Wendy , the lady who served us , explained the whole process in full of renting out a chair and really went above and beyond with her service. She explained all the options and made everything very easy to understand and therefor we had a very smooth shopping experience. She was friendly, chatty, attentive, polite and just really made a positive impact on our day. Absolutely outstanding customer service. What a difference kindness and a smile makes. The most unhelpful member of staff that frowned when I asked if my mum, who has mobility issues, could sit down. There were chairs available, not like we asked to sit at his desk. The young chap was very unhelpful and rude.
