I was introduced to Wilson Gunn solicitors (the so-called intellectual property experts) through a mutual contact, and I even referred clients to them personally in the past, whom they then worked with. Recently, I emailed them regarding a "time-sensitive" legal matter (my first case with them) but received no reply for over a week. I thought that they hadn't received my email, so I messaged their lawyer Andrew to look at my email, who then read my message but didn't have the courtesy to reply to my message or the email. I was dumbfounded by their lack of professionalism, which had cost me two weeks! Luckily, I went to Lawbite as usual, where they replied and scheduled a Zoom meeting within 24hours, and drafted a letter within seven days, and sent it to the claimant.
