Amazing customer service. We had broken down over night they came out and got us of their own backs and drove us as a family to somewhere safe while the ordered the parts and got us back on the road after the AA left us for 12 hours. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Thanks guys!!

They garage use to be good but it’s not anymore I had service and mot don they filler wash screen with water so in this Cold weather is frozen I went back to tell them they still was thinking is the weather is really cold I told them never happened this before End they just didn’t have answers Everyone eventually will have this problem

Went to get a nail checked in a tyre on Saturday to see if they could repair it. They confirmed they couldn't and that we would need to replace the tyre - asked if they had any in stock and they didn't so got pricing for budget tyres to replace at a later date (car was only required to get husband to camp on the Monday until he's back) Upon "placing" the tyre back on, they then told us the tyre was split and they couldn't get it back on the wheel (even though the car had got through the mot on the Friday with only the nail as an advisory) asked why this wasn't picked up when they took it off and got "we will look into that" they knew we needed the car and was left stuck with three tyres £180 later on the "only" tyre they could get from Andover. Far from impressed though we should have apparently been happy that they were only charging us cost for the tyre Never have we placed ridiculously expensive tyres on a car until a garage got us over a barrel
