Car went in for a service this week, told the battery was 'defective' (despite no prior warning light, no performance issues etc), so took their word for it. Booked the car in the next day at a battery specialist to get it replaced, they were totally confused as there is nothing at all wrong with it. They even printed the diagnostic to show me. Lucky they weren't money grabbing as they refunded me the cost of the new battery. You pay more for a main dealer service in the hope you can trust them. I won't make that mistake again.

Great experience and Winchester Skoda. Very helpful throughout the process. I've had some poor experiences at various Skoda dealerships around the country (x7 at last count!). This dealership has restored my faith in the brand. Delighted with the car. Special mention to Gary and Jonathon who went out of their way (literally) to make sure my car was delivered on time and to the expected high standards (5* service). It makes a difference that this is a family run business and that they genuinely care about getting things right. Recommended without hesitation and only disappointed that I don't live closer so that they can sevice the car for me.

Difficult to park on site as usual. But had a selection of cars we were interested in. Sales Executive Gary was helpful and friendly arranging a test drive. Worth a visit. Supposed parking attendant not on site Saturday or Sunday when called!

Went for service. Whrn dropped off car had kids with me. When collected it was pleasantly surprised they've left a Teddy bear in the car. Thought was a good gesture. Some time later looked at the invoice and they charged me £20 for that bear. Kind of confused by this sneaky sale. Oh and by the way it's not a contract as was no invitation to treat offer and acceptance for consideration.
