What a waste of space and time. This guy is a clown and not professional do not waste your time on this old fool. He hasn’t a clue. I would not recommend this service. I was having a chat with him and hung up because he wasn’t getting new windows out of me. Poor customer journey and experience.

If only my GP was as effective. The Yale triple lock system of my front door broke and with tradesmen requiring access to carry out works in my house access was a case of time is money. One call and within 30 minutes a new locking system was fitted with new keys and pronto, building work was uninterrupted .
