Ordered through Uber eats and the order just got cancelled. Had to call up myself to find out why and was told they didn't have the toppings??? Any place would call up the customer to notify them. So instead they just cancelled it without telling the customer? Pretty poor really.

Previously would of given 5* but very poor communication from the restaurant. We requested for it to be delivered ti a different address and they simple refused and when asked why they ended the call on us! This is not customer service! We called 5 times prior to this and kept getting cut off! Disgusting! Thankfully the driver was nice and advised him of the inconvenience and he advised he’ll make the manager aware.

Previously gave 5* but after very poor communication from the restaurant tonight for food to be bagged separately I was told no and literally hung up on when asked why.
