Recently ‘’Wishing Well Gardens Ltd (Richard & Team)’’ did a fabulous job of renovating my dull and shabby garden into a beautiful open space where now we can see the sunlight and a space available for kids to enjoy. Richard and team was very polite and understood our needs and worked for whole week with so much of precision. Richard was quick in providing a quote when I called him, he clearly gave the breakup of activities and cost associated to it. When the work started last week, I started adding more request to him like fixing my fence, putting a new post, fence & barriers on my driveway etc and he kindly accepted those additional work. Richard kept me updated on activities for each day and finish the task as promised. He also provided instruction on how to maintain the lawn and fence panel going forward proactively. We are very happy with outcome and will highly recommend ‘’Wishing Well Gardens Ltd’’ to anyone, they are Very honest and reliable company to have for your garden and landscaping needs. Last year Richard and the team completely renovated our drive, patio and both the front and rear gardens. Although we do not have large gardens there was a lot of work, especially with our steep and challenging drive; they completed the task in 9 days. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Richard was patient when we revised our ideas and helped us make the most of existing resources. Earlier this year we decided we needed a small edition to the garden and contacted Richard; he arranged for the work to be carried out quickly and the garden is now complete. We cannot recommend them enough and, in fact, have to the many people who have complimented us on our garden, including the window cleaners and post lady. Thank you Richard and the team. Read the lovely reviews online and gave them a ring in regard to a job in my garden, which albeit small, was still something I would've liked. A date and time was set for them to visit to quote and then they were a no show - no communication, no apology, no nothing. Will be looking elsewhere - not impressed or amused at my time being wasted! 22/8/21 UPDATE Did receive a missed call and text from Richard who explained what had happened and the reason for the no show. However, as my circumstances have now changed with priorities lying elsewhere, I will not be moving forward with this company.
