Unfortunately, I was badly let down this morning, with my appointment being cancelled whilst I was on my way to the clinic (but didn't find out until I was in the car park!) The receptionist offered me a 20 minute consult instead - how on earth do you do a decent initial assessment of a complex trauma injury in 20 minutes, and declared "and we won't charge you for a full consult." Of course you won't, because it isn't! I think if I had cancelled on such short notice, they'd have charged me... Really disappointing service that's left me now needing to find an alternative appointment before a long haul flight with very little time.

Matt has been a great help for a long term persistent back issue which recently got worse. He recommended I go for an MRI scan which I have never had before as things weren't improving as quickly as they should have been. The scan results showed the root cause of what was causing the pain and I look forward to working with Matt to manage it going forward through relevant stretches and exercises. I can't recommend Matt and WPB highly enough.

I had suffered with lower back pain for about 4-5 years. It had an impact on daily life including just moving around the house and fitness, even sometimes just lying in bed. I had my first appointment with David Bradbrook a few months ago. I was terrified, admittedly, but David's approach was fantastic: very professional and he knew exactly what he was talking about! Without patronizing, he explained everything in details with the use of images and models. Over the last few months, he supported me and worked exercises through with me to accommodate my personal body's requirements, and not just followed a standard "protocol", which would have just led to unnecessary extra sessions. Even though there had been sometimes where I'd have attended the session, having done minimal physio for the few weeks before, he was never annoyed (or never showed it anyway!) The poor guy has also listened to all my personal problems at home and work, but with that said, he's truly an amazing person and professional physiotherapist. Thank you David. The appointment times are great, so I never had to take time off work. Receptionist also very friendly; warm and welcoming. Now, I don't very often get my back pain - I just have to look after it. Thanks WPB!
