    Definitely gone downhill since it's been taken over. Used to be the best Chinese going in these parts for a very long time, and the previous owners looked after us very well. I've spent who knows what in here over the years but my last experience was unsavoury to say the least. A previously very, very loyal customer who will not be back. I just wish I knew where the previous owners went.

Beef chow main very dry no veg only a few green bits of spring onions tastless chips dreadful and spare ribs were just like they had been dropped into deep fat fryer NEVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.... used to be so nice before it went under new management (gutted) 29 April 2023 x

    Been ordering here for absolutely ages was the best Chinese around (spend £40 each time every week) since it closed and reopened we called up tonight and tried it again and when i say it is the worst Chinese I have ever had I am GUTTED. Please get old chef back, £40 down and you sent the wrong spare ribs. Said we can have them off bill but won’t we ordering there again after that. Full thing looked anaemic.

    Used to be a lovely takeaway, when was taste of China, I am assuming it has been taken over, menu has changed, ordered chicken chow mein, and pancake rolls, the chow mein was dry and tasteless was unable to finish it. The pancake rolls were greasy and just seemed to be full of beansprouts and nothing else, again was unable to finish, both dishes went in the bin. I will not be ordering from them again.
