It is a very complete hostel, it has very large facilities, full kitchen, laundry, cafeteria, bar, etc. I have had a room for 6 girls and everything has been super good, even the bathroom inside the room was huge. My only dislike was the mattress, very hard and worn. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The staff are always very friendly. Es un hostel muy completo, tiene instalaciones muy grandes, cocina completa, laundry , cafeteria, bar ,etc. Me ha tocado una habitación de 6 chicas y ha estado todo súper bien, incluso el baño dentro de la habitación era enorme. Mi único disgusto fue el colchón , muy duro y desgastado. Por lo demás todo fue fantástico. El personal siempre muy amable.

As a female solo traveler I've never felt so at home, safe, and comfortable. It was my first time and I'll be back! Help desk was always available! People were so warm, welcoming, and willing to accommodate when possible. Luggage storage is available in a separate room and it was reasonably priced too. Different sized lockers with a pin code to get it made it really nice to access. The rooms have other people staying there as well, but I never felt worried about my belongings. They provide a locker a bit bigger than a carry-on bag that locks and unlocks with my specific room key. Bar was SO COOL. met some really amazing people down there and the music was a vibe. The people I met on this trip made the biggest difference than any other hotel I could've stayed at. This environment is SOCIAL. You WILL talk to people from all over the world. The kitchen is an interesting concept as anyone could grab your stuff from the fridge, buy they probably won't? I only used it one day to make pasta and even that was a fun experience as people were cooking around me and it felt very fun. The location is amazing. You're in the city within walking distance of lots of pubs, food, grocery stores, and the underground is just a few blocks away. Everything is accessible from the underground, so I didn't mind the location, I loved it!

First thing to say is, you have a locker in your room !!!! Don't rent a locker downstairs if you're about to get your keys in 30min. Fast, easy and excellent reception. Got a chamber at the 5th floor with 3 others person. Everyone was kind, clean and quiet at night. The beds are okay, the bathroom was clean. Everything was perfect! Really recommend this hostel, it's also well located. Near the Tower of London, The Sky Garden... The Buckingham Palace or The Big Ben are also accessible easily by walk, bus or metro !
