My partner had a baby here not long ago and I can say there level of care is amazing! Felt safe there. They were very attentive and understanding. Every nurse, midwife and doctor were all excellent. Couldn't thank you them enough. Would definitely recommend this Unit to anyone. You do get your usual delays In getting doctors and some late appointments but I do understand there understaffed and well it's the NHS but I'm very pleased on how it went. Much better than expected.

We recently attended the Telford Delivery Suite to have our second baby and were really impressed with the standard of care, as I have been with all of my antenatal and postnatal care in Shrewsbury and Telford. We were taken straight to a private room which was large, bright, airy and well equipped, and we stayed there throughout the delivery and the after care. The midwifes and healthcare assistants were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful or supportive to both myself and my husband. I felt reassured knowing that the doctors were nearby should they be needed, but as it was the midwives were hugely capable and had everything under control. Thank you very much to all the hardworking professionals on the Shrewsbury and Telford maternity team!!

Everything was brilliant! All nurses was amaizing so professional and nice to me. I had histeroscopy and they was comforting me and talk with me all the time so I feel very relaxed. They make sure it didnt hurt at all and after I had a hot chocolate to drink! Amaizing people! Thank you for everything xxx

Recently gave birth here after being induced - all the midwives, nurses, consultants and assorted theatre staff were fantastic for the 6 days I was there and the 3 weeks of follow up appointments, despite working with reduced staff due to the pressures of COVID and staff leaving the NHS in droves due to terrible working conditions. Thank you 😊
