I would not recommend this firm. Even if you think the price is reasonable, if you have any problems you'll end up paying again (for another product and better installers). We had lots of problems with the windows installed and sadly the company's response was to become difficult, obstructive and distance itself from any responsibility. Getting repairs made to windows which were not fit for purpose was an uphill battle. I think it speaks volumes that the company now trades under another name and that one of the reviews on Google is from Shaun Ridewood...the main boss of Arcura.
