Thank you so very much for making DJ look good again! We had taken a short holiday trip to York, in between outbreaks, and boarded the pups in Witham. They provide a grooming service as well so we opted to have DJ groomed during his stay. I was sadly dissatisfied with his grooming job. He’s a Shih Tzu so I am a bit particular about his do! Needless to say it was horrible! They hadn’t plucked his ears or clipped his nails, his face was cut short on one side and then not at all on the other side. It was if they had clipped him all over with dull shears. They left mats everywhere. I was livid, to say the least, as they charged £45 to do it. I so appreciate the time you spent with him putting his coat right again. He is a difficult critter to clip, I know, but you have done splendidly! He feels so much better and acts happy! I’m so glad you are back! We will be going back to see you as long as we can! Oh and another thing, the OTHER PLACE shampooed him with the smelliest shampoo ever so as time passed since he was bathed the stinkier he got. When I picked him up from WOOFERS, he smelled CLEAN and FRESH, not so heavily perfumed you couldn’t stand him being in the same room. So thank you for that, as well.
