I will not be returning to this place. I went in this morning feeling cheery only to be met with utter rudeness. I went in to enquire about a dress fix. Immediately the staff member had a face like thunder, before even looking at the dress she cut across me abruptly saying it wouldnt be done by Christmas. To which I replied it was fine, I didn't need it by then, it would be more of a new year thing. Instead of kindly explaining that she was super busy, she cut across me again saying "No, no, no. There's no way it would be ready by then." in a really rude tone. It was my first experience in the shop, and I certainly won't be returning. I get we all have bad days but there's no need to be so rude to someone who just came in with a question, zero demand or expectation. I don't get it. It's left me feeling upset.
