They always come up with great solutions when it appears there’s no way out - they are able to send interpreters very last minute, they are 100% professional and, unlike other companies’ professionals, the Word of Mouth interpreters are happy to stay until the job is done (if you’ve ever worked with interpreters you’ll know what I'm talking about). Kathy, the manager, is a master of logistics and it appears she treats very well her employees and I know for sure she respects the companies who give her business.
