Used them for the Government Kickstarter program for 2 candidates and they didn't actually pay us the money owed. We received 13 payments out of 14. Did not provide any remittance paperwork. Have tried to chase them up for several months and either my emails are get ignored or their system is configured in a way to reject your emails once they stop working with you.

It is shameful they take close to 40% of a government grant that is there to support young individuals getting into work, whilst promising training and support to the individual. Ultimately preventing the full support levels, equipment and training that could be a possible to an individual. It's just a con to extract money from businesses & individuals for absolute no work involved. Unbelievably immoral business.
