Upper lip wax: Damaged skin on my face. Left a darkened/raw patch by corner of my mouth. Cannot cover with makeup. Hopefully it can heal. But looks horrible and is in the worst place. I hate it. I'm conscious of my upper lip area and now the damaged areas highlight thay area more Hollywood: was good but wax was too hot and felt painful on application.

It was my first time getting waxed and I was getting the full works down there and I first went for it because it was £5 and was with a trainee called jasmine. Over a short period of time I have seen jasmine grow and have had a second wax at the salon and it has been such a welcoming, friendly and professional experience. This salon has such a good vibe and I have never had a service like this where I've walked away and wanted to book again. But I am hooked! Not only is the work they do phenomenal but the feeling for myself is amazing. I also had a vajacial with Helen and it was such a therapeutic experience. They have professional results for such an affordable price! I couldn't recommend this place more myself! Service: Intimate area hair waxing

It was my first time so Helen was very reassuring and thorough, talking me through the process as we went and chatting to me whilst the treatment set.
