The worst flooring pour I have ever seen, incredibly uneven and cracked everywhere....on 5 separate houses.. Wright Mini Mix do not take any responsibility for their poor workmanship and never return calls. Do not use this company if you want quality service or a level floor One of their drivers damaged a neighbours wall, after a year still not fixed even though the 87 year old lady has asked many times!

Delivered the concrete to fill in a water feature the pipe broke & the concrete went all over my stone decking & they didn’t both to clean up. They then made a mess all over my drive & on the pavement & blamed my maintenance chap (they said they videod him but we asked & they couldn't find it ! ) he definitely did not cause the mess. We tried to jet wash it ourselves but by then it had set. We’ve asked numerous times for them to clean the mess up but no response. Service: Concrete pumping

Used Wrights for a simple screed pour which was incorrectly mixed, which was noted by the installation team. This resulted in hundreds of bumps on the finished surface which should have been perfectly smooth. In fairness it was eventually rectified by grinding down the entire install and using resign to repair cracks, but none of that should have been necessary. Office team are useless.

From start to finish a easy and hassle free process, thank you to Len at Wright minimix for arranging 7.5m3 of concrete for extension footings and an accompanying pump to pump it to the rear of our property. The two chaps that were sent out with the concrete mixer and the pump were an absolute credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with. Had a concrete pour at my house, driver spilt concrete all over driveway.. drove it all up the street made a right mess. Brought it to the office staffs attention with pictures. Just got told someone from the team will sort it nothing ever happened. Ended up having to pay to get someone to clean it up best they can it’s ruined the driveway though. Not happy

I bought 1.5 m of ready mix concrete . Ordered on Tuesday for a Saturday delivery . Product was great and sales very easy to deal with . We used the product for a base for a new garden building . Staff were helpful in suggesting what we needed . Delivery was a little late however the office rang to say they had been delayed by other customers . Simple but great communication .Deliver guy couldn’t have been more helpful . Recommended

Was supposed a simple order of 2 lots of 5m3 concrete for a new foundation and floor. They tried to change the time and date 3 times - I think it was Len who called me - then at very last minute (like an hour before my time slot) made the "only" time a ridiculously late time that would not allow my guys to complete the levelling, wait for it to cure and then bull float to create the smoothest possible finish ready for the next stages. At no stage did they compromise (I am the customer), were rude, tried to push the blame on me and also then lied about their repeated amendments to my original order. I should have listened/read all the similar reviews - they are all correct. In the end, I canclled and they tried to get me to pay up the full amount and have chased me for payments for weeks aftewards. I then called Bristol and Bath Concrete - same owners as this lot. Tried to give me a similar runaround. Finally - Hanson Ready-mixed Concrete - BS2 0UT. They were superb and couldn't do enough to help me out the fix - I cannot recommend them enough. Life is to shoort to deal with cowboys - however easy they make it sound. DO NOT USE Wright Minimix or the LGW Group of concrete pumps and concreters - YOU WILL REGRET.
