Planning the details of the funeral for my younger Brother in Shrewsbury, via telephone from Scotland, was made as easy and stressfree as possible thanks to Cathy Ellis , who managed everything and was reassuring and calming from the first moment I spoke with her. She, and our driver Chris were immaculately turned out, and simply amazing on the day. Everything Cathy and I had discussed....music, flowers and the order of service were just as we wanted and I can't thank them enough for their help in planning and supporting us through such a sad and difficult day.
