Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable sliding into the middle most of the night. I closed the window as there is traffic noise from the road outside. We stayed for a brief visit. The price was reasonable and the service was fine. We were given a key and told to put it in the lock box when we left.

This property seems to be listed under multiple names. Sign at street and on building says Throstles Nest. It’s Green Apartments Manchester on booking.com. These are dated rooms with a steep damage deposit. When I read luxury and executive, I would at least expect shampoo, blow dryer, and a trash bin in the bathroom. Next I would consider fixing the holes in the walls, marks on the wall, or replacing furniture that is excessively worn or has tears in the upholstery. No wifi and terrible cell reception. The “garden” is simply a patio table with no chairs between two parking lots.

This was the state of our £180 room for 1 night plus charged £250 damage fee upon arrival when not notified about priory to visiting. Was not given a refund and i am still waiting for the refund of the damage deposit over a week later. Disgusting

Firstly, I would like to thank the staff at Throttles Nest for allowing me to check out an hour later. There is feedback to be given in the hope some changes do take place. One of the rooms had a very squeaky bed, the other room was very comfy, however, the heater did not work and we had to shuffle the potable radiator from the living room to the bedroom as the evenings were cooler. The kitchen did not have any pots/pans to cook in as we were staying for 4 nights and eating out that much would be unhealthy and expensive. Luckily, I carried, a small pan and a couple of other things. There was not even a sponge cloth to wipe off after cooking, which I left behind. I do apologise to the staff for leaving behind some veggies in the fridge.

Stayed over new years eve. Almost got stuck with a needle that they obviously missed cleaning up before us. Told the guy that was checking on the apartment after. All we received was a "sorry about that" and a £33 refund from booking.com on a apartment that cost much more than that.
