    Contacted SewandSew regarding a large project. I was kindly invited to meet and discuss what work was need. Everything was agreed, and both parties were totally happy. I informed I will be in touch in a few weeks. When I finally got in touch I was told they can no longer take on my project. At NO POINT was I made aware of the change. It wasn't until I called them I was told the change in circumstance. As a result, I now at a HUGE financial loss! I had turned down 3 other tailors as I felt I had found the correct tailor who could take on my work. Now when I contacted them to delivery the work I've been turned down. At at the 12th hour I now have to find a replacement. This was my first time trying SewandSew and I am totally and utterly destroyed by how I have been treated. We had a verbal contract. If circumstance had changed, I should have been contacted and informed of this IMMEDIATELY, rather then being ignored. SewandSew knew how IMPORTANT this was and the should have informed me ASAP when their circumstance had chanced so other arrangement could be made. Instead they chose to ignore me and let me hang around until I was ready to proceed. I would NOT recommend them at any cost! Totally can not be trusted.
