Annoyed with this branch because one day I visited to ask if they have gluten free dishes, so I can come tomorrow for lunch deal. I was told definitely there will be choice. On day I came for lunch I had to wait 15mins until I was served and was told that nothing is gf after looking to allergen menu. If you want gf korean food I recommend petit coree, those nonsenses won't happen there

Had the mixed meat bbq. There was no flavouring on the meat except for one type which was very disappointing. No separate cutlery provided to handle the raw meat (although maybe that is not the standard). You do not get help with cooking the bbq which I would expect considering the price. The size of table was pretty small for two people considering large portion of the table is taken by the grill. The table had a leaflet saying you get a free drink if you leave a review. However, when I enquired, I was told it was no longer available. The small chicken bites as starter were nice. However overall a very disappointing experience considering the £100 bill.

Attended for an 18th Birthday party. After struggling with the app, I was relieved to find out I could order at the till. Table service throughout was incredibly inconsistent. This is an experience where you 'cook meat and other things at the table'.... Little table service and controlled chaos continued. We asked the waiter to clear the table. The waiter said I need to clear the table. How do I do this? I found this revelation amazing. Never EVER again!
