Dropped off a few items to have name tags sewn in. (I provided a roll of ribbon with name printed on a 2" repeat.) Fair price, kind and smiling staff, and though it was a small job I could tell that it was done with care and attention to detail. Tags were sewn on squarely/aligned correctly, each tag cut off the roll in the exact perfect location so that after being folded and sewn in the name showed on the outside of the fold, seams straight and no hanging threads, nothing visible at all on the outside of the garment. Ready in a reasonable time and when promised (2 days).

While the alterations were great. The irregularities of the opening hours and forgetfulness of the staff may make me pause before I use them again. This is the the second time I've used them the first was perfect and easy. This time... I had to make 5 trips to get one item altered between two trips to find them open and then 3 to actually pick up the item as it was not ready when promised, then the store wasn't open as scheduled. I paid for the alteration when I dropped it off. Then the store staff tried to charge me a second time when I picked it up. Service: Alterations
