Sellers beware- just lost a high bid on your necklace due to Young's incompetence, I was ready to pay any amount. What a palava trying to register! Two online bidding options, and they can't figure out how to sort approval, even though UK bank account, phone and address already verified! Waited for a call back, as promised, only received an email (poor etiquette and business!). Phoned back, and they were unwilling to sort.

I have to mention Chris, who went out of his way especially in these worrying times for the communication and posting of my lot. I was quoted a price for postage and packing and paid for it and then he got back to me after he posted it and said he got it posted for a bit cheaper. Very honest and Kind gentleman.
