Nergis has been seeing my 2 daughters for more than a year now. I remember the time I've been desperately searching for a Speech therapist online, and I am very thankful that I have met Nergis. Both of my kids are speech delayed/non-verbal and on the spectrum, Nergis gave us a thorough assessment, she's very professional and very caring for both of my daughters. She sees my daughters at their school where she helped them a lot on what is the best strategies that can help both of them and the teachers too, both at home and at school. We are still with Nergis, and she is my angel. She's always there anytime you have any questions or needed some help. Now, from being non-verbal, my daughters have learned to started to say words and sentences thru the help of Nergis. Starting from visuals and hopefully fully learned to speak conversationally. Thank you for always being there , and giving me a lot of strategies and advise 🙏 As a parent, I will definitely definitely recommend Nergis. She's brilliant!!!

I know Nergis already 1 year,when I first meet her my son was 3 years old and he was not talking at all,just a few sounds nothing more. Now after all this time a can say Nergis made miracle with him,his vocabulary going better and better she have session with him. Thank you Nergis for everything!

Reluctantly leaving a review but reviews are meant to help others right? Lovely lady but her professional and customer skills are questionable. We were constantly chasing for appointments and updates despite paying for the service. Every whatsapp report was nothing but depressing and never anything positive! Told us to get referred for 'DLD' but paediatrics rejected it because there was no substance. We finally broke away and picked her competitor (who was recommended by the school but was unavailable and we were desperate to start therapy asap) I won't mention names but she comes highly recommended! We were finally told our daughter has no language disorder just a speech impediment. Unnecessary stress caused by lack of professional exposure or incompetence?

I contacted Nergis in 2021 October for my son’s Speech after School said that the first appointment with NHS SALT is in March 2023. Nergis did first few sessions at her office and later did rest of the sessions at my son’s school. My son showed improvements from the second session only. Nergis made my son comfortable and always did her sessions in a playful way. She always had games in handy to make sessions more interesting. My son’s speech got so much better with 6 sessions only but we decided to continue to have another six. Nergis has been so helpful and always gave us work to practice. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Nergis for your work with Arham.

We used Young talkers when we were not having any joys with the NHS service for our son. With the help of Nergis, we had complete insight into our sons speech and language issues and a plan on how to help him moving forward. We have gained so much knowledge on how to deliver speech therapy at home effictively and a thorough understanding on other skills we needed to work on to make therapy successful. Nergis has always been available with advice and really broke speech and language down in a way that made it easy for us to implement and understand. I highly recommend Young talkers if you have any concerns over your child's speech and language skills.

We contacted Nergis during lockdown 2020. Our 3 year old son needed support with his speech sound development and although he was on the waiting list for the NHS this was delayed due to the pandemic. We found Nergis to be so friendly and professional. She had thought of brilliant ways to adapt her practice for working remotely and used zoom for our sessions. Our son found these really engaging and we couldn’t believe the progress he made with his speech sounds in such a short period of time. Nergis was able to visit him in his pre- school setting during Autumn 2020 so was able to model and inform the pre-school staff of his speech and language targets. We were also able to go and see Nergis for sessions at her office from January 2021 which my little boy really enjoyed and the face to face fun and interactive sessions again really supported his sound development. As parents we really appreciated the support and manageable targets that Nergis gave us to work on with our son between sessions. It was also great that she was so easy to contact for a quick bit of advice if we were finding certain targets difficult to work on. We would definitely recommend Nergis to other parents who have decided to access private Speech and Language support for their child.

Nergis has been seeing my son for the past year, working together with him to improve his speech and stammer. She has built an excellent relationship and rapport with him, and he thoroughly enjoys their weekly sessions. She approaches the task in hand with a variety of techniques, stimulating games and conversation. His speech has improved dramatically thanks to Nergis. He has learnt how to slow down his speech with breathing and conscious thought to reduce his stammer. Her weekly visits in school hours minimise the disruption to my son’s school day; vital during the current pandemic. We’ll continue to work with Nergis for as long as needed. She is a tremendous support to my son, and to me, and I highly recommend her talents, professionalism and personable approach.
