  Jules and Lyns of Your Story Studios were absolutely fantastic. It is hard for us to articulate fully and properly quite how brilliant they were. They delivered everything we wanted, completely as we wanted it. We used them for our wedding photographs and our videos. We were fortunate enough to see them in action at our friend’s wedding too, where they were brilliant. Professional, non intrusive, calm and totally invested in capturing the day the couple wanted in the way the couple wanted it. We were also fortunate enough to have a chance to go to our venue a few months before for a ‘getting to know you’ meeting and pre wedding shoot with Jules. On both occasions we were completely put at ease. Sometimes we didn’t even notice they were there (in a good way), but they were definitely working diligently all day as they captured every minute. They were totally relaxed and happy to take the lead or to let us do whatever we wanted. We really appreciated their approach. We got married on NYE (so it was a long day, with a late finish and the following day was a bank holiday). We couldn’t believe it when a selection of excellent photographs arrived the following day. I appreciate this may not be possible for all weddings but we could not believe how kind they were to send us a few memories to enjoy on our honeymoon. Their attention to detail and after care was amazing too. They checked in with us after delivering the photos and videos and were really interested in checking we were happy. Which, of course, we were. We would highly recommend Your Story Studios to anyone. We would happily speak with any person or couples considering using them for any occasion who have any questions at all. They captured our perfect day wonderfully and we now have videos and photos to cherish forever. We are so grateful and simply cannot speak highly enough of our experience with them.

  Lyndsey and Jules were our photographer and videographer at our wedding in February , and they were so amazing that we couldn’t imagine the day without them. I cannot express how grateful we are for all of their support at the wedding and for capturing our special day so perfectly- they are such a lovely couple and their work is very, very special. From our intial contact through to receiving our story and photographs, everything was perfect. They are so flexible and really want to get to know you so that they can really personalise their approach and create a story that truly represents you and your special day. On the day itself, they were amazing at helping make sure that everything ran smoothly, and were such a calming influence. We felt so comfortable with them that we soon forgot that we were being filmed. Every time we watch our story or look through the photographs we feel the magic of the day all over again. They are beautiful. If we could give Lyndsey and Jules 500 stars we would- we cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much.

  ❌❌❌AVOID - taken money and refused to give it back after covid laws prevented us getting married. Awful customer service and very unprofessional. Would hate anyone to go through what Julian & Lyndsey have put myself and my partner through.

  Oh my goodness I’m so grateful we found Your Story Studios! Jules captured our day start to finish, and the finished product perfectly balances the romantic and the sweet parts with the fun and even messy moments! Somehow he was invisible most of the day but clearly was right in the detail with us because I swear nothing was missed. The films (inc social media teaser trailer, 7 minute feature and full documentary style film) are all so so beautiful and we’ll treasure them. Thank you so much ♥️

  I honestly can’t really put into words how amazing Your Story Studios are. We were a covid postponed three times wedding and ended up losing our photographer/videographer the third time round because they were already booked. A massive blessing in disguise as this meant we opted for a different photographer and then stumbled across YSS. From the second we started chatting we knew we wanted our story told by these two. Watching all the previous films they have made just summed up exactly what we wanted. We didn’t want a generic lovey dovey wedding film as we are both awkward with that kind of stuff 😂 The whole wedding it was like having extended family there, not for a second did either of us feel uncomfortable or like we had cameras shoved in our faces. The day went by, we had the best time ever but then we got sent our film and oh my god. We couldn’t believe it, everything we asked for and way way more. The skill that these two have is ridiculous, I mean every shot is edited perfectly to the beat of the music. The lyrics in the songs are reflected in what people were doing in the video. I have never felt more overwhelmed with happiness to have this as our memory forever. Friends and family constantly mention it looking like a film trailer. The absolute best, if you’re having any doubts about having a video I’d just 100% say it is something you will never regret. YSS went above and beyond to capture our day just as we asked and yeah just do it. I can’t say much more 😂❤️

  I was originally on the fence about having a videographer when we first started planning our wedding. Seeing myself in videos makes me cringe so I had written off the idea until I saw a film by Your Story Studios online. Contacting Jules and Lyndsey was the best decision we made for our wedding day! Lyndsey was so professional and friendly to work with and put me at ease right away. In fact, I forgot she was there for most of the day as she is an expert at finding discreet spots to film from that don't feel intrusive at all. Watching our video back for the first time was magical and we've watched it over and over again since! I'm so glad Your Story Studios was part of our special day - we would have regretted it immensely if we hadn't taken the plunge! If you are unsure whether a videographer is right for your wedding, I urge you to speak to Lyndsey and Jules - their films are beautiful memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives!

  We absolutely loved our wedding video produced by Your Story Studios. We booked them back in 2019 for our wedding in 2020 and obviously due to covid we had to postpone it. This was no hassle at all and they were very accommodating and we managed to have them booked for all 4 of our dates! We had the pleasure of meeting Julian and he was excellent. On the day he had no issue with capturing whatever shots we wanted. We told them a bit about ourselves before and the kind of video we would like and they delivered it perfectly! All the feedback from friends and family has been amazing and we couldn’t reccomend them enough! If you’re in any doubts about whether to get a videographer or not, definitely do it! It is worth the money and the video enables you to relive the day and see footage you just wouldn't be able to see with how crazy the day is! This was our best wedding purchase by far!   Well where do I start.. 4 years ago I saw an incredible wedding video as I was scrolling on Facebook and thank god I did. It was such a beautiful video capturing the best aspects of a fb friends wedding, I watched it several times and I couldn’t get it out of my head. Not long after I got engaged myself and I knew that the top of my list to book first was my videographer and remembering the video I saw on my fb earlier that year I knew exactly who I wanted to tell our story. From the moment we met Lyndsey for a brew at our local cafe we knew we had made the right choice. She listened to our ideas and plans for the day, asked lots of questions about us and how we are as a couple, got excited with us as we spoke about ideas and straight away felt more like an old friend rather than a supplier we had met for the first time and we knew we had made the right choice and booked your story studios to film our wedding day which was booked for 2020. What was to come next no one was to expect and unfortunately due to the pandemic our wedding was postponed to 2021 then postponed again to 2022. Lindsey and Jules couldn’t have been more amazing to deal with in what was such an upsetting and uncertain time - not just for us but for them too but they never complained and they made it so easy for us to sort out they really couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Even helping us with a postponement video to share with our family and friends! So then a few weeks ago our day finally came and we couldn’t be more happy with the wedding video we have just received it is just incredible! The highlight video is so well thought out and the effort they have gone in to match up various footage and details with the words that we say is just spot on. They haven’t missed a trick. Both videos are beautiful, emotional and fun and they encapsulated our wedding day vibe perfectly. Words cannot express how happy we are with our video, how we have such a fantastic keepsake to always remember our day and how over the moon we are to have chosen this incredible supplier. Thank you both a million times over I would recommend you to everyone and anyone not only have you been an absolute pleasure to deal with but you really have gone above and beyond in making sure the video is unique to us and our day and capturing every detail and we will be forever grateful ❤️
