My mother had a terrible experience at this store when she arrived for an allergy test. Despite paying the deposit after booking, she was treated with hostility by the owner, who questioned her integrity, and challenged her upon arrival as though she was being deceitful about booking an appointment. Terrible customer service, and business acumen - I suggest that, in addition to speaking to people with more consideration, the owner finds a better way to record telephone appointments to avoid reviews like this.

Wonderful independent store in Harpenden. A ton of products are stocked -- there's a wide variety of food & vitamins/supplements but also eco cleaning supplies, household products, a few refills, personal care, etc. The staff are really knowledgable and are always helpful when I've asked for advice. Great store to have on the high street!
