Just a nauseatingly daft little Zero all around, topped with less than Zero kindness. If you enjoy the veil of failure that the toxic male Zeroes spread via this company, you've come to the right place! They will cover you with their alarming mediocrity, and find every way to prove to you that they are a demonstrably vile and incredibly incompetent lot with Zero professionalism.

Building is dirty very often, the elevator breaks down monthly pretty much which is a massive inconvenience as there is only one elevator. It was lovely to come back from a surgery, barely able to move and to have to climb to the top floor. Once the elevator broke down, i was out of the country for a whole month and the elevator was still broken when i came back. The management guy, Scott, is shockingly useless at his job, can never get things fixed quickly and he never knows when they’ll get fixed. This is one of the buildings on Chapel Street that are more reasonable when it comes to rent but you definitely pay with your sanity loo

Awful awful property managers. The meadowside development is falling apart, and the amenities are increasingly being booked for private companies. All windows are leaking water, boiler, and most appliances did/do not work upon moving in. The wall paint is peeling off due to poor material being used. The property manager refuses to answer calls and emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of access to clean drinking water in my apartment, which has resulted from the failure to meet the scheduled maintenance of 24 hours. As a resident, I did not seen any property manager on site no action been taken to resolve this issue, which has severe inconvenience and potential harm to my family. Despite the scheduled maintenance, it has been over 24 hours since the water supply was cut off, and we are still without access to safe drinking water. This is an unacceptable situation, particularly since I have three children under the age of five, including under 6 months infant. The current situation is putting my children's health at risk, which I find entirely unacceptable.And for the fact this is not the first time. Really poor quality management.
